Hi friend! Welcome to the little “behind the scenes” page here at She Know Style.
If you’ve ever wondered how the content here actually comes together, or whether you can trust what you’re reading, this page is for you.
I want to be completely open about how I do things, because you deserve to know.
Everything here is written by a real human (hi, that’s me!)
Every single post on this site is written by me, Mehrab. No content farms, no copy-paste jobs, no shortcuts.
I sit down, do my research, and write each article myself, in my own words, from start to finish. What you read here is genuinely mine, created with care and a whole lot of love for cozy, beautiful spaces.
How I actually research my posts
Before I write about anything, I dig in. I read, I compare ideas, I look at what real homes and real people are doing, and I think hard about what would actually be helpful to you.
My background as a Software Engineering student has trained me to break big, messy topics down into simple, clear steps, and that’s exactly what I try to bring to every post: taking something that feels overwhelming and making it easy to understand and actually do.
I’m not here to just repeat the same recycled tips you’ve seen a hundred times. I want every article to feel practical, honest, and genuinely useful.
My promise on accuracy
I work hard to make sure everything I share is accurate and up to date at the time I publish it. That said, the world of home decor changes fast. Trends shift, products get discontinued, and prices move around.
So if you ever come across something that seems outdated or just plain wrong, please tell me! I’d much rather know so I can fix it. You can always reach me at asksheknowstyle@gmail.com.
How I keep content fresh
I don’t just publish a post and forget about it. I revisit older articles from time to time to update information, swap out anything that’s no longer relevant, and keep everything as helpful as possible.
If a post gets a meaningful update, it’s because I want it to keep earning your trust, not just sit there collecting dust.
A note on the images I use
Because this is a home decor site, images are a big part of how I share ideas with you.
Some of the photos here are publicly available and sourced from other websites, Pinterest, and Instagram, and they’re used purely to inspire and help you picture an idea.
I never claim someone else’s work as my own, and I always try to credit or link back to the original source where I reasonably can.
If you’re a creator and you’d ever like an image credited differently or removed, I completely respect that. You can find all the details on my DMCA Compliance page, or just email me and I’ll sort it out quickly.
Honesty about products and recommendations
When I recommend something, it’s because I genuinely believe it could help you or make your space lovelier, never because I was paid to say so.
Some posts do contain affiliate links, and you can read exactly how those work on my Affiliate Disclosure page. But my honest opinion is never, ever for sale. Your trust means far too much to me for that.
Corrections and feedback are always welcome
I’m just one person doing my best, which means I’m not perfect, and that’s okay! If you spot a mistake, disagree with something, or have an idea for how I could do better, I would truly love to hear it.
Reach out anytime at asksheknowstyle@gmail.com. Every bit of feedback helps me make this space better for you.
Why all of this matters to me
At the heart of it, She Know Style is built on trust. I want you to feel confident that when you read something here, it was created thoughtfully, honestly, and with your best interest in mind.
That’s a promise I take seriously, and it’s the standard I hold myself to with every single post.
Thank you for being here and for trusting me to be part of your home journey. It truly means the world.
